How to Check Your Application Status
After completing your questionnaire, we send you a confirmation email with your unique reference number. Please keep this email safe — it is the key to tracking your application.
To check your application status, simply send an email to [email protected] with your reference number and the email address you used during your questionnaire. A member of our team will respond with a clear, easy-to-read update within 24 hours.
Understanding Your Application Status
Your application moves through several stages. Here is what each one means, so you always know exactly where things stand:
Received
We have received your completed questionnaire and it is waiting for our team to begin their review. This usually happens within a few hours.
Under Review
A member of our team is carefully reading through all of your answers. They are checking for accuracy, completeness, and any details that might need a small correction.
Correction Needed
If something needs adjusting, we will send you a clear email explaining exactly what is needed and how to fix it. Don't worry — this is perfectly normal and happens from time to time.
Processing
Your information has been reviewed and approved by our team. It has been securely sent to the US authorities for official processing. This step typically takes up to 72 hours.
Complete
Your ESTA authorisation result has been received. We will send it to your email address along with clear instructions on what to do next and what to bring to the airport.
