    If our team has not yet started reviewing your questionnaire, you are eligible for a full cancellation and refund of our service fee.

  • During the Review Process

    If our team has already begun checking your answers, a partial refund may be available. We will explain your options clearly.

  • After Processing Has Been Completed

    Once your information has been sent to US authorities, the government processing fee cannot be refunded. Our service fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
