What Is NOT Included
For complete transparency, here are some things our fee does not cover:
- Travel insurance — we recommend arranging this separately for your trip.
- Flights, accommodation, or any other travel bookings.
- Visa applications — ESTA is only for travellers from Visa Waiver Program countries. If you need a visa, a different process is required.
When Do I Pay?
Payment is taken only at the very last step of your questionnaire, after you have carefully reviewed all your information and confirmed that everything is correct. The total amount is displayed clearly before you confirm.
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. Your payment is processed securely using the same protection that banks use.
What About Refunds?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, our refund policy depends on how far along your application has progressed. We handle every request with fairness and care.
