You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your questionnaire. While our team reviews your application for common errors, we cannot verify the truthfulness of the information you provide. Providing false information may result in your authorisation being denied.

No Guarantee of Approval

We provide assistance with the application process, but we cannot guarantee that your ESTA authorisation will be approved. The decision to approve or deny an application is made solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Payment and Fees

Our fees cover the cost of our assistance service and the official government processing fee. The total amount is displayed clearly before payment is taken. All payments are processed securely.
